Rodičmi vnímaná nadmerná zainteresovanosť a jej súvis s well-beingom rodiča a adolescenta

Nadmerná zainteresovanosť sa v ostatných rokoch vyskytuje v správaní rodičov čoraz častejšie, čo vyvoláva potrebu systematického preskúmania tohto fenoménu. Tento projekt si kladie za cieľ preskúmať subjektívne vnímanie nadmernej zainteresovanosti rodičov a jeho súvis s well-beingom ich a ich detí. Na rozdiel od existujúcich poznatkov o zainteresovanosti, jej vzniku a vplyve, štúdie, ktoré by podrobnejšie opisovali subjektívne vnímanie rodičov absentujú. Projekt má tri hlavné ciele: 1) Identifikovať subjektívne vnímanie ako zainteresovanosti tak aj nadmernej zainteresovanosti rodičov prostredníctvom pološtruktúrovaných rozhovorov a tematickej analýzy textu. 2) Preskúmať rodičmi vnímaný súvis medzi zainteresovanosťou a well-beingom rodiča, adolescenta a vzťahu rodič-dieťa pomocou experimentálnej vignette metodológie a analýzy variancie. 3) Vytvoriť informačný materiál pre rodičov. Ciele budú dosiahnuté spojením kvalitatívnych a kvantitatívnych metód. Kľúčové slová: nadmerná zainteresovanosť; well-being; vignette metodológia

Parent perception of overinvolvement and its connection to parent and adolescent well-being

In recent years, there has been a rise in parental overinvolvement, prompting the need for a systematic examination of this phenomenon. This project aims to explore parents' subjective perception of overinvolvement and its connection to the well-being of both parents and their adolescent children. While existing studies have focused on the origins and impacts of involvement, there is a lack of research on parents' subjective perceptions. The project has three main objectives: 1) To identify parents' subjective perception of both involvement and overinvolvement through semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis. 2) To investigate the perceived relationship between overinvolvement and the well-being of parents, adolescents, and the parent-child relationship using experimental vignette methodology and analysis of variance. 3) To create informational material for parents. The objectives will be achieved by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.
