Today, under this construct, we can envision it as a technique, dispositional trait, or a mental state. The second concept, identity, represents a coherent perception of oneself from a physical or mental aspect. The aim of the contribution was to explore the relationships between dispositional mindfulness and types of identities among university students. Additionally, the goal is to investigate the relationshuips between types of identities and verify the influence of previous mindfulness training experience on the level of dispositional mindfulness trait. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents (53 women; 88.30 %), with an average age of 23.48 years. The results serve as a preliminary study for dissertation and, at the same time, can be used as a topic and inspiration for further research.
