AB Our research aimed to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in cognitive performance in the Isolated, Confined, and Extreme Environment (ICE) among the experiment participants. The research was carried out using quantitative methodology. The test battery consisted of the NEUROP-3 diagnostic tool. The research group consisted of six volunteers. Their mean age was 39.16 years (SD = ± 8.16). From the research results, We proved that during the stay in the ICE environment, there was an increase in impulsivity and a deterioration of attention under stress in the volunteers regarding cognitive domains. However, the results must be evaluated more freely due to methodological limits.
